Certification Services for Original Works
The platform will cooperate with third-party preservation organization, judicial identification department to form a solid evidence preservation system. By applying digital authentication, the platform can witness the creation process and results for domestic and foreign designers in order to preserve the original work and obtain electronic evidence which is acceptable by the judical system in China.
We cooperate with the following organizations:
- Intellectual Property Publishing House under the charge of State Intellectual Property Office
- Beijing Certification Authority Company which is an authoritative and equitable organization with international credit
- Beijing Network Industry Association Electronic Data Judical Authentication Center under the charge of judicial department to provide authentication services
The certification procedure and electronic certificate issurance will be free. If paper certificate is needed, 200RMB will be charged for each certificate.
